Thierry Naidu, Founder

Founder and CEO of Phoenix Hotel Management Company, Thierry Naidu embodies a unique and profoundly human vision of luxury hospitality. Born in Mauritius and raised in a family of hoteliers, he has cultivated for over 25 years a rare expertise in the development and management of exceptional properties around the world.

Before founding Phoenix, he held executive roles within prestigious groups such as Franklyn Hotels & Resorts and Stein Hotels & Resorts Europe, both specialized in the management of characterful and distinctive hotels. He played an active role in the emergence of iconic properties such as the Royal Mansour in Marrakech, the Grand Hotel Rodina in Sochi, and Finca Cortesin in Spain leaving his unmistakable mark on each of these destinations.

A well-known figure on the French Riviera, he managed the legendary Château de la Chèvre d’Or for 12 years, transforming it into an international reference in refinement, gastronomic excellence, and the art of hospitality.

His background also includes in-depth knowledge of fine dining and events management, through the leadership of several restaurants, bars, and catering operations.

A longstanding board member of Relais & Châteaux, former president of the Eze Tourist Office, and vice-president of the Palaces Côte d’Azur association, Thierry Naidu now continues his mission with Phoenix: to reveal the soul of each destination through unique hotels rich in meaning, emotion, and excellence.

Sophie Provenza, Director of Operations

Sophie originating from Beaulieu, on the Riviera, is attached to the quality of receiving learned from her grandmothers, housekeepers in Master Houses.
After marketings studies, she returns quickly back to her passion and start a career in hotel trade by deluxe hotel, she will never leave this sector anymore.

A professional experience based within all the hotel services, she likes to learn and all interests her, the perfection of the service is a spirit state.

The experiments follow one another increasingly in the hierarchy: a smart restaurant of the city in London, the Royal Riviéra in St Jean Cap Ferrat during its rebirth, the Château de la Chèvre dOr in Eze village for a first collaboration with Thierry Naidu, an experiment enriching with La Reserve de Beaulieu. All these experiments make her progress to the General Management which start in Monaco at Port Palace (affiliated at this time to Stein group hotels and resort). Then thereafter, she collaborates to the opening of Royal Mansour in Marrakech and realize one opening in Mougins for a Canadian group Only Prestigious Houses!

By joining again Thierry Naidu and Phoenix HMC, she concretizes whole her capacities through new challenges, by meeting other experiments, professional and human, by insufflating her positive philosophy and organization within each project.

Laure Eva Nehr, Director of Sales and Marketing

Sales & Marketing Director at Phoenix Hotel Collection, Laure Eva leads the commercial and marketing strategy for several iconic luxury hospitality establishments in France and internationally. With a hybrid background combining strategic branding, digital development, 360° communication, and commercial performance, she has worked within premium brands and prestigious maisons, always with a vision focused on customer experience and enhancing the unique identity of each property.

Before joining Phoenix, she gained experience in diverse industries such as cosmetics, gastronomy, and e-commerce, where she led digital transformation projects, content creation, KOL partnerships, and multi-channel acquisition strategies.

Her approach stands out for her deep understanding of luxury codes, a strong aesthetic sensibility, and an ability to unite teams around a common ambition: to elevate each establishment while boosting its visibility, desirability, and performance.

Committed, curious, and passionate about the world of hospitality, she embodies a new generation of marketing leaders both strategic and creative.

Jean-Pascal Picollet, Director of Operations

I am passionate about luxury hospitality and have devoted a large part of my career to promoting iconic establishments. For over ten years, I had the honor of managing the Relais & Châteaux La Chèvre d’Or in Èze, a legendary location on the French Riviera. I then moved on to the Domaine de Verchant before continuing my career toward new horizons.

Coming from a family with an agricultural background, I developed an early sensitivity to the land, to products, and to authenticity. These roots shape my vision of hospitality: creating unique experiences where tradition and modernity blend harmoniously.

Today, I bring my experience to Phoenix Hotel Collection as Director of Operations, where I strive to offer high-quality hospitality and unite teams around ambitious and innovative projects.

As a leader, I deeply believe that the success of an establishment is based on the human richness of its teams. Bringing people together, listening, and encouraging my colleagues are integral to my management approach—along with a passion for detail and a strong sense of service.

To me, the hospitality of tomorrow must be authentic, immersive, and sustainable, placing emotion and experience at the heart of every stay. This vision guides each of my decisions and drives me daily in my role at Phoenix Hotel Collection.

Sandrine Tournoy, Director of Finance & HR

Passionate about numbers, Sandrine conciliates  – with passion, experience  and know-how – accounting and finance  knowledge,  focused on  luxury hotel field, in which she finds a true vocation.

Experience: 5 years in accounting firm, financial controller for Stein Group, accountant and executive assistant Les Frênes 4 * (Relais et Château.)
