		Thierry Naidu Founder
		Thierry, the founder and CEO of Phoenix Hotel Management Company was born in Mauritius, grew up in the hospitality business and has 25 years experience in the hotel sector. Prior to creating PHMC, Thierry was both CEO and COO of Franklyn Hotels and Resorts, and President of Stein Hotels and Resorts Europe, companies specialized in management of non- standardized individual luxury hotels. He has also played a key role in the development of world class hotels such as Royal Mansour in Marrakech, Grand Hotel Rodina in Sochi, Russia and Finca Cortesin Golf and Spa Resort in Casares, Spain along with many other luxury hotels worldwide. He also spent 12 years as General Manager of the world-renowned Château de la Chevre d'Or hotel on the Côte d'Azur. Under his direction, the property developed into what is now considered to be one of the best hotels in the world, with a famous 2 Star Michelin restaurant. Earlier in his career Thierry worked as assistant GM for Château de Gilly in Burgundy, one of the luxury properties of the Grandes Etapes Francaises Group. His experience also includes the management of five restaurants, bars and a catering company. He was also a long-term member of the board of directors of Relais & Châteaux, President of the Tourist Board of Eze and Vice President of Les Palaces Côte d'Azur.

		David Fardon Founder Partner, in charge of Marketing & PR
		David was born in England and holds a Joint Honours degree in Industrial Relations and Management Studies. He has more than 15 years marketing experience, covering such areas as home furnishings and automotive test and development before entering the hospitality sector. Initially, David was Marketing Director of Stoke Park Club, a luxury hotel and golf course in Buckinghamshire, England, before moving to the prestigious hotel company COMO Hotels and Resorts. Here he was responsible for all global marketing and communications activity for the company, including launching one of the first foreign owned hotels in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. Subsequently he held Director-level Marketing positions with both Stein Hotels and Resorts and Franklyn Hotels and Resorts before joining Phoenix. David speaks English, Spanish, French and some Catalan.

		Mireia Gimeno Pellicer Founder Partner, in charge of Web Design and Development
		Mireia was born in Barcelona and holds high level qualifications in programming, web projects and creativity studies. She has specialised in website design and programming for over 8 years, covering areas as website design, Search Engine Optimisation, website programming, intranet development and web server management. Mireia began her career with a website design agency in Barcelona, before moving into the hotel sector with Stein Hotels and Resorts and later Franklyn Hotels and Resorts in charge of the group's complete website portfolio. She was in charge of the design and development of around 30 websites, including the corporate website, individual hotel and restaurant websites, and the company intranet. Mireia speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and some French.
